Golden, gooey butterscotch caramel at its highest frequency – chewy, smooth, lightly sweetened and encased in a rich Peruvian cacao shell. Lightly dusted with our house-made, antioxidant-rich cinnamon and found within a crisp, locally sourced maple-roasted pecan – our most popular truffle bar earned its status for good reason: a flavour to live for. 

Super food: Cinnamon - Cinnamon isn't a spice many would consider medicinal, though its actually incredibly therapeutic. People have been using this highly prized spice since 2000BC. In Western herbal medicine Cinnamon is used to balance blood sugar. We use it in our Butter Caramel Pecan to do just that.
