Shea Beauty returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items are: Gift Vouchers, Loco Love Chocolate, 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to Shea Beauty unless contacted via email prior. 

If an item has arrived to you that is not in it's original condition, damaged or missing parts please report this to Shea Beauty the day you collect your purchase and we can organise a exchange.
